How long in advance do I need to place my order?
Please order at least 3 days in advance.
Can you help if I need a cake today?
For last minute orders, please contact me at 81289880. No promises, but I will definitely try my best!
Can I pay upon collection?
Payment will need to be made in advance prior to confirmation.
Can I cancel my order after confirming purchase?
Yes, if your order was made weeks in advance, you can make cancellation 4 days before the delivery date.
Where can I collect my cake?
Since we are just home baker, collection would be at blok 143 Lorong Toa Payoh, Singapore 310143.
Anything do I need to bring upon collection?
Just bring proof of documents so that we ensure we hand over the cake to the correct customer. Kindly check your cake, message, candles & knives before leaving our blok.
What time can I collect my cake from?
Generally collection timing will be between 11am-9pm. However we will keep in touch to set appointment time for collection. Please check with us if you need to collect at other time.
How do I make payment?
Payment shall be made via PayNow to UEN number provided later, or bank transfer.
Do you provide delivery?
Yes, I do. Delivery charges usually range from $15-$30 max island-wide.
Do you provide ice pack?
No, ice pack will not be provided along with the cakes. Cakes are generally frosted with swiss meringue buttercream and they are stable in air-conditioned area for 2 hours.
Do I need to refrigerate the cakes?
It is recommended to put the cake in the refrigerator & take out 1-2 hours before cutting to blend with room temperature. They are best consumed at room temperature.
Can I keep it overnight if I can't finish the cake?
It is recommended to consume the cake on the day of collection. However, if you are unable to finish it, you may keep the remaining slices in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to maximum 2 days. When you want to eat the cake, get a slice, sprinkle with water and put in microwaves for 10-20 seconds to gain back its moisture and warmth.
